Little upset took brand new f350 diesel for service and a recall and some one deflated both rear tires to 56lbs the service lights came on half way home had to stop in the pouring rain to fill back up to 80lbs both tire very upset!

Everyone was friendly and they did a great job. I highly recommend Jarrett Ford for all your sales and service needs.

I had high hopes for the new location and would have loved to make a deal but lack of communication has halted everything. I was there recently to look at a 2026 Ford Maverick. I did my research and knew more about the car than the sales person did typically a red flag. I do the test drive love the truck and said let's talk numbers. They had me a sheet says this is the best deal no back and forth bam this is it. I understand this is a tactic as this isnt my first rodeo. They want the highest margin and I want the lowest price. I decided the deal at the time wasnt right for me. Usually you will get a email phone call text something that say hey sorry we couldn't make a deal or a counter offer etc. I received nothing. I even texted them through the website no response after texting the sales agent directly and not getting a response from him either. This isnt the first one star review and im sure it wont be the last based on my experience. Wish it could have been better. Keep my experience in mind when shopping for a Ford of any kind.

The service technician who came to me, Josh, was great. He was efficient, seemed knowledgeable and was very nice.

Great costumer service, and great people in general. I'll be doing my services for now on with them! And possibly buying my next truck

They got me in on time and out in an hour.

Having the mobile service van come out and perform an oil change and tire balancing my vehicle was a great time saver. The service technician was professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this service that Jarrett Ford of Dade City offers.
