Bought two cars right before Covid, had one serviced during the fire (it wasn’t affected), heard about all the ways they were going to do the right thing for those affected by fire INCLUDING their techs, had Bianca and Manny help me through my most recent service turned trade in deal, got two newly used cars out of it, and so happy to continue my relationship with them. Thank you Bianca, Manny, and Joe for always keeping it classy and fair. Above and beyond. I’ll be back soon.

He got me such a good deal that I built a time machine specifically to come back and leave this review. The vehicle is long gone. The paperwork is long gone. But legends of Vadim remain. My wife and I bought a new 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve 3 at Jarrett Gordon's in Winter Haven in November of 2024 after a 6 month search for the perfect new car for us. We shopped 3 dealers here in central Florida and this is the one that we found to be the most honest and transparent. They beat the next closest deal by several thousands of dollars and our overall new car buying experience was awesome. We got more options than we asked for and at a much lower price than what we were going to buy elsewhere! Their OTD price was real. They even put on a receiver hitch for our ebike rack, which no other dealer was willing to do. Our salesman, Vadim, was a real pleasure to work with. He knew the car and was well acquainted with the myriad of advanced driving features, such as the self driving and self parking features. We are so excited to learn all about our new car, and we know Vadim will be there whenever we need advice or instruction. Follow up - 18 months later - This is a fantastic dealer! Great service after the sale! Excellent work. They have even given us concierge service where they pick up our car and leave a nice loaner when they're going to have our car for more than a day. I highly recommend this dealer! No hesitation. BTW - This car saved my life when I fell asleep on I-95 in December. It shook the steering wheel and the car and I woke me up. I am so glad I have bought car!!

Fantastic sales experience with CHUCK WATSON, Jarrett Gordon Lincoln dealership in Winter Haven. Now is the time to buy, employee discount plus rebate for a total savings. No hassle to close the sale, tremendous trade in value, worth the drive to Winter Haven to purchase. Chuck is knowledgeable about the car and was helpful in providing the setups for some of the features. Ask for Chuck, a hard and friendly worker.

This is not the first time I have had to call the dealership. Without fail, they have been pleasant to work with, & most efficient, not wasting time. I have never had to wait long periods of time & the staff seems to know what they are doing.

We had an excellent experience buying a Lincoln Nautilus. The facility is nice with friendly and efficient staff. We really liked the salesperson, Chuck Watson. He spent a lot of time with us exploring the vehicle options, finding the exact model and colors we wanted, as well as going over the vehicle in detail at delivery. The finance person, Tim Vogel, was personable and competent. The overall experience buying our vehicle was effortless. We would buy another car from Jarrett Gordon Lincoln without hesitation.

The supervisor and Ottis and the Master Tech provided outstanding care from start to finish. My car was in the best hands.

When choosing a Car Dealership, the Service Department is my #1 priority. Jarrett Lincoln ( Winter Haven, FL) checks every box on my list. Last Friday, the car was having issues with turning, excessive traction & hesitation. A call to Otis Davis at Lincoln started the process. Otis immediately brought the car up on the computer and the decision was made to have the car towed. Otis kept me informed throughout the week long process—the issue was found and corrected. Last Friday, after weeks of searching for a 2026 Lincoln Corsair, ( white with a light brown interior and the ‘360’ backup camera function ) in the Bradenton- Sarasota area we made our way to Winter Haven because we could not find what we wanted here at home ! On Thursday my husband located the exact car we hoped for at the Jarrett-Gordon Lincoln dealership in Winter Haven. We made contact we a very nice young man, Ryan Johnston, who from the first conversation went out of his way to get us that very special Corsair. We drove over Friday morning to see the car and brought the Corsair home later that afternoon. Ryan did his best to make sure we were getting exactly the right car for us and went out of his way to acquaint us with the many features the Corsair offers. Our experience was exceptional and we are very happy we found the Lincoln we had been searching for. Can’t say enough about Ryan, he has been in touch over the weekend and has helped us set up the new car with all the tech and innovations it features.
