My wife and I are from upstate NY and can't say enough about Ozzie our salesman and Alyssa the finance manager, both very professional and knowledgeable made the sales transaction no pressure and very smooth. I love these guys! They are straight up and honest

My dad had a dint fixed in his door, and they pulled it out and painted it, blended it in, and everything. the paint job was horrible fish eyes and runs in the paint after he showed them the over spray they cleaned it up but he did not see how bad the hood looked and it being ruby red u can see it from a mile away.And his door does not lock now and we have a feeling that they ether cracked his tail light or changed it with another truck because it was not like that when he gave it to them.

This is the only place I take my vehicles for service. Friendly staff and great service!!! They never upsell you on products or services, straight to the point!!!

ALTHOUGH I HAVE ALWAYS LEFT CAR FOR SERVICE AT DEALERSHIP. THEM COMING TO MY PLACE OF WORK WAS EVEN BETTER. I DIDNT HAVE TO ARRANCE MY SCHEDULE AROUND SERVICE. THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING AND I AM VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED

Used their mobile service for an oil change for the first time today. It was amazing! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, quick service, and so convenient!

What started as a small repair claim turned into the ugliest customer service encounter I have ever experienced. Dennis in the body shop became so vindictive (after I decided to move my car to a different auto body shop for more timely repairs), that he wouldn't even release my car to the tow company when they showed up to get the car. He blatantly lied to the insurance company handling the claim and delayed the simple repair process unnecessarily for a week, citing one excuse after another. Dennis is a liability for this otherwise reputable company. I have great empathy for his colleagues, who likely have to live with this kind of behavior on a daily basis.
