Great experience with Jarrett Ford in Dade City! Bought a used Mustang from another non-Ford dealer that had a few minor issues. Ron and the rest of the service team took us right in and got the repairs done, and even did a once over to identify any unseen issues (thankfully there were none.) Would highly recommend coming here for any of your service needs!

I wasn’t necessarily planning on getting a new vehicle BUT Carlos called to tell me about some great deals going on, so I went by to check things out…I have driven a truck for the last 20 years and that’s what I was going in to look at but when I saw the Bronco Sport I decided to take a closer look and yes that’s exactly what I drove off in. I also noticed after I had left with our truck that they washed the truck. That exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the team for a great job!! I have been researching to find the perfect truck for me. After many years of a mid size truck, we were ready to go back to full size. My goal was to find a really nice F150 XLT, we just happened to be in Dade City and stopped by Jarrett Ford, our salesman was Cory Rising and he showed us the perfect truck for our needs! There was no pressure, except on myself, because I didn't want to loose this truck. Cory made everything easy, clear and honestly cared that it met our needs. As I write, we have driven hundreds of miles on a camping trip and totally love this 2015 F150 XLT! Thank you Cory!

My wife and I stopped by the Dade City office, just looking at your used cars and Williard Love approached us to see if he could help us find something. We told him what we were looking for and how much we were willing to spend. He was very helpful and true to his word. He got us the deal we were wanting in the vehicle we were looking for and we didn't have to spend all day there to get it done. Trade in for our vehicle was better than expected. Everyone there was helpful and friendly. Lived in the Dade City area 30+ years, this has been the best car buying experience locally. David and the service team are a scam $227 to tell me a simple starter has failed ???? Lied and first said it was the battery then switched up to the starter also said starter replacement needed reprogrammed quoted $1300 starter replaced for $65 in .5 hr please run far far away from this incompetent dealer I wouldnt even purchase from this dealer these guys should be working at take 5

We scheduled an appointment for our “quick” lane service (oil change and tire rotation) and ended up waiting over two hours for the work to be completed. The service technician we dealt with was not particularly helpful. We were shocked, because our prior experience with the service department had been very positive. We will consider other options in the future.

Overall, my experience here was very good. There were a couple of things I didn't like, but other than that, it wasn't bad.

JARRETT SCOTT FORD – GREAT EXPERIENCE I had the privilege of shopping at the Jarrett Scott Ford in Plant City, Florida this week. They had the certified used Honda Passport EXL in the sought after Obsidian Blue Pearl color I had been searching for. I made a 3 hour drive to check it out. (That’s how important it was to me to find this specific SUV). I had visited many dealerships locally and I test drove about every compact SUV and a few midsize as well before choosing the Passport. I made a search on several car websites, including Autotrader, which led to the match at Jarrett Scott Ford. The price was quite reasonable, and the mileage was within my desired range -- under 30,000. I wanted one owner and no accidents. I was trading in a Honda Odyssey with 110,000 miles. The trade-in value came out quite reasonable. A reply came almost immediately. Excellent service by the internet sales manager, Cameron C. We spoke over the phone and via text. He was professional, courteous and an Army Veteran (God Bless our Service members now, and those who served in the past). He answered all my questions. We were able to get most of the “work” completed before I began my drive to see and drive it. Cameron connected me with sales rep, certified product specialist, HUNTER H, who answered my questions by text, and we also chatted by phone. Hunter was timely, knowledgeable and quick to respond. Without my asking, he sent a video of the Passport outside, inside -- all while narrating the features, which were many. The customer service for car-buying here is unmatched from my other experiences. I met several people during my visit, and the common theme was everyone seemed to enjoy where they work. Employees seemed to genuinely care about listening and helping to create a positive experience. I saw the owner Jim Scott, the Owner of 18 years. Shaun B, the sales manager of many years who was energetic, helpful and so positive. I always dread the “finance room” part of car sales. Not here. Mike H was thorough and straight-forward in showing me the options for warranties, etc., if interested, and zero pressure. We will be looking at those options carefully. No decision was needed on-the-spot. Quickest experience I’ve had. Mike, too, showed his dedication to excellence in customer experience. He was kind --and had a joy that was evident. He has many years of employment at JSF. Employees that stay for years is a telling sign that the work atmosphere is good. Work is work, but this place seems unique. Great people, great experience.
