It was a very pleasant experience. They had the truck that I wanted. It was equipped the way I wanted and it only took a few hours for me to drive home with a new vehicle. Arthur, my salesman is very informative and does not pressure me This is my third vehicle from the dealership and all handled by Arthur.

After the horrible experience I had with the shop, I wouldn’t let them fix my lawnmower!! In the 25 years of my experience in the Collision industry I have never been treated like the way I was and my daughters car was not brought back to pre-loss condition. If you want your car repaired correctly I would find somebody else. The general the manager of the dealership apparently is not a car guy. He doesn’t even have the decency or common courtesy to call me back like he said he was going to do. I have forgotten more about the automotive industry than those people will ever know. If you want your car destroyed, glued together, please take it to CHARLOTTE COUNTY Ford’s body shop but you’ll have to buy a new battery because they said it was bad when I dropped it off your air conditioner will not work anymore because they say it’s not accident related or my daughters triple black edge limited was dropped off like that? Don’t make the same mistake I did. I have been a car guy all my life. I have received certifications from Ford motor company for master body shop manager, twice awarded, Lincoln motor company and Ford motor company service manager certifications, I-Car Gold certification ASE certifications, silver medallion elite club member through Ford motor company, and that’s Just my Ford certifications. I rate this company zero stars! But I had to click one just to post. Once again I would not trust CHARLOTTE COUNTY Ford to fix my lawnmower!

Absolute best dealership I’ve ever been into, the people are great the customer service is even better! Mickey is a great salesman, one of the nicest guys I ever met and puts you before him, bought a truck from him one of the reasons being how kind and selfless he is! Also Barry is a great guy, came in there 10 minutes before closing because I had just came from another dealership that screwed me over and he stayed another 45 minutes to show me around just because he’s a good guy! If you see something you like go to this dealership!

We were frustrated by the wait because our AC was not operating properly. Warm air will NOT cut it in FL. So we took our 2017 Ford Explorer elsewhere because we could get in sooner. DUMB! We have always been loyal customers of Jarrett Ford, but this time we admit it, we strayed, In any event, we ended up BACK with Ford after this other car repair shop quoted us a RIDICULOUSLY high price for the repair. Ford's quote was $2,000 less! And what an AMAZING JOB they did. We are the original owners of this SUV and it only has 50K miles on it......nonetheless things happen. OUR AC, AFTER JARRETT'S REPAIR, IS BETTER THAN NEW! TY and we will never ever stray again! A++++++++++++
