Randy was great! Thank you so much for helping me get my new 2024 Ford Explorer!

When we decided to order a new 2022 Escape Hybrid we decided to go to Jarrett Ford in Dade City. We met with Randy Neiswender, he was vary helpful and knowledgeable concerning the Escape Hybrid. After we had ordered the car and it had come into the dealership, Randy handled every respect of letting us know everything about the new vehicle, showing us how things worked, setting up our phones to the Ford App, a first for us, every other dealership never spent the kind of time telling us important things that we should know about our new car, and not only telling us, he would actually show us how it works. He also showed us where the service department was and introduced us to the service man. And told us to call him anytime if we had any questions, or concerns, even on his personal number. Everyone did a marvelous job, thanks to Krista also, she did a great job, a stress free experience. We gave 5 stars, wish it could have been 10 because it was.

Service beware!! Service beware!! We’ll see if they respect the honest review. We had a normal routine maintenance oil change package a short while back. My wife picked up the explorer from Jarrett Ford Dade city and drove it home after the service. I work nights; that night , I found my hood still unlatched. Good thing I saw the reflection of it flapping and bouncing on my way to work. I mentioned this and we were offered to Utilize mobile service if we wanted a future maintenance. So we gave it another shot . Saturday morning 8/31/24 , Labor Day weekend , we had an appointment for mobile service for again routine oil change with a few upgrades. . The tech was very courteous and did what he came to do. We did not inspect or verify his job was properly complete but again he was courteous so we tipped him $25 via cash app . I was busy working in the yard like every Saturday , working on my classic car and my honey do list, including cutting grass. My wife decided after the service to drive to Publix less than three Miles away. She merely made it a 1/2 of a mile before the front Passenger wheel wobbled loudly to come off !! she slowly drove straight back home a half a mile for us to find 3 out of 5 lug nuts loose where I could spin them with my fingers, the rim had metal shavings and was held on by two under tension Lugnuts. I called and they immediately sent same tech to torque all lugnuts. he was still very courteous and apologetic. Human error , t’s OK, but what if my kids were in the car and the wheel had actually fallen off while she was on her way to the grocery store? This is an honest review from the last two services we received.

I came in for an oil change and other issues were presented to me and when I said I can get tires at a reasonable rate somewhere else the tech acted rudely like I offended him and then when I said I told have $2200 for the additional repairs the tech was not friendly and made me feel bad that I can't afford that kind of money immediately and brushed me off to the cashier - did not thank me for coming and I will go somewhere else from now on

John was polite and professional. Even arrived early. He explained what he found in easy to understand language.

I purchased my truck in May from Cory. I was told the truck passed the rigorous Blue Certified inspection. I was assured that the truck was issue free and that I had a 90 day “bumper to bumper” Blue Certified warranty. Fast forward almost 90 days later, both sides of my catalytic converter failed. The Ford Dealership near me quoted $4,500 to replace the whole system. They also stated that I was not covered under the Blue Certified Warranty for catalytic converter failures. When I called Cory to ask about the “bumper to bumper” warranty I was told about, he basically shrugged me off and said, “That’s why we purchase the extended warranty”. I got the cats replaced at a local mechanic for a fraction of the cost, and he said they looked like they had been bad for a long time. I’m not sure how “rigorous” the inspection was at Jarret, but they sure missed a large component that wasn’t covered under my “bumper to bumper” warranty. I will never give Jarret Ford my business again.

They’ve lost a loyal customer. I would never recommend nor bring another vehicle for service or purchase here. Starting by how rude Scott from service is, to the whole experience. I have never experienced such horrible service anywhere else. Never again!!!
